Welcome! I’m Rosie Joy Sievers, a somatic practitioner based in Greytown, Wairarapa. The Whole Body is where all of my offerings as a Craniosacral Therapist, Yoga teacher, and group facilitator come together. I believe that our bodies/tinana are maps of our experiences, full of wisdom! It’s my hope that through working together you can connect to the wisdom of your own body and remember your wholeness.

Offerings

A person with long dark hair wearing a white shirt, providing therapeutic touch. Her hand isresting on the clients torso.

Craniosacral therapy

Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy is a form of light touch bodywork that is especially effective for balancing and resourcing the nervous system. The gentleness and spaciousness that biodynamic work offers can be a powerful support in healing from expressions of trauma, pain and disease in the body.

Yoga and movement

Yoga is a great way to disrupt habitual movement patterns. I aim to challenge and invite people towards their edges for strength, movement, balance, sensation, and stillness with plenty of permission to rest, adapt, and follow instinct. I facilitate private and group classes, and can adapt to work with pain, trauma, injury and all levels of experience from first-timers to experienced yogis.

Retreats

Some of the deepest and most life-changing work happens when we take time and space out of our busy lives to slow down and immerse in connection with ourselves. A retreat is a chance to take a break from your responsibilities, self-reflect, make new friends, and return to your life refreshed and energised.
